Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of NEON Dance at dancivo.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

NEON Dance provides an AI dance-video workflow and supporting image and video tools, account features, credits, subscriptions, API keys, and related support. Generation depends on third-party providers selected and configured by the service operator.

Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Gallery and inspiration sections contain curated examples; results created from a submitted generation request are shown separately in the generation workspace.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and meet the minimum age required in your location. You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials and API keys, and activity performed through your account.

Your Inputs

You retain your rights in prompts, reference files, and other material you submit. You grant NEON Dance and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every input you submit. Do not upload private or sensitive information about another person without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.

Generated Outputs

Subject to applicable law and provider terms, NEON Dance does not claim ownership of your generated outputs. AI outputs may not be unique and may resemble content generated for others or existing third-party material. We do not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, registrable, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular use.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining any rights, releases, or professional advice needed before publication or commercial use.

Acceptable Use

Our complete Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms. It explains our content standards, automated and human review process, reporting channel, appeals, and enforcement actions.

You must not use NEON Dance to create, upload, request, or distribute sexual or NSFW content; violent or graphic content; hate speech; child sexual abuse or other child-unsafe content (CSAM); harmful deepfakes or impersonation; or content that infringes copyright or trademark rights. You also must not use the service for conduct that:

• Violates law or promotes criminal activity.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or facilitates abuse.
• Deceives people through fraud or undisclosed harmful manipulation.
• Violates privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Contains malware or attempts to bypass security, usage limits, or access controls.
• Places unreasonable load on the service or uses automated access outside documented APIs.

We may block a request or output, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, and notify service providers or competent authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect others, or comply with law. Suspected violations can be reported through the channel described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Third-Party Providers

AI models, payment services, authentication services, storage, and other infrastructure may be supplied by third parties. Their terms and policies also apply to their services. NEON Dance is not responsible for third-party outages, model changes, policy decisions, or content beyond our reasonable control.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

Paid plans may grant generation credits for a stated period. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless expressly allowed, and may expire as described at purchase. Model, quality, or generation settings may consume different credit amounts.

Subscriptions renew for the selected interval until canceled. You can cancel from the billing workspace and retain access through the paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Prices and taxes may change with advance notice where required.

Except where law requires a refund or a specific checkout policy states otherwise, consumed credits and completed billing periods are non-refundable.

NEON Dance Intellectual Property

The NEON Dance service, brand, interface, software, and original site content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant a right to copy the service, use the NEON Dance marks, reverse engineer restricted systems, or resell access without permission.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or conduct that could harm the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NEON Dance is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular creative result, permanent storage of outputs, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NEON Dance and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
