NEON Dance

Acceptable Use Policy

Review the content and safety rules for NEON Dance video generation and supporting image tools, including moderation, reports, and enforcement.

Last updated: 2026-08-23

Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, reference image, video, generated output, account, and API request submitted to NEON Dance. It is designed to keep AI-assisted video and image workflows safe, lawful, and respectful of people and creators. By using NEON Dance, you agree to follow this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You must not use NEON Dance to request, create, upload, edit, store, or distribute any of the following six categories of content:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content. Pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other sexually exploitative material is prohibited.
  2. Violent or graphic content. Graphic injury, gore, torture, mutilation, glorification of violence, credible threats, or instructions that facilitate violent harm is prohibited.
  3. Hate speech. Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred or discrimination against a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic is prohibited.
  4. Child sexual abuse or other child-unsafe content (CSAM). Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, abuse, or endangerment of a minor, including fictional, illustrated, manipulated, or synthetic depictions, is strictly prohibited. NEON Dance applies zero tolerance to this category.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation. Deceptive or harmful depictions of a real person, non-consensual intimate deepfakes, identity fraud, or content designed to impersonate a person, brand, or institution is prohibited. Benign parody or clearly disclosed fictional work must not mislead viewers or violate another person's rights.
  6. Copyright or trademark infringement. Content that copies, misuses, counterfeits, or infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights is prohibited. You must have the rights and permissions required for every prompt and reference asset you submit.

Other Prohibited Uses

You also must not use NEON Dance to:

  • Promote terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, self-harm, or the creation of weapons of mass destruction.
  • Facilitate fraud, phishing, identity theft, malware, evasion of security controls, or other unlawful activity.
  • Expose private or sensitive personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
  • Manipulate civic processes or present materially deceptive AI media as authentic where harm is reasonably foreseeable.
  • Generate spam, scams, targeted harassment, defamation, or abusive content.
  • Bypass prompt screening, model safeguards, rate limits, payment controls, authentication, or other security measures; probe the service for prohibited outputs; resell unauthorized access; or place unreasonable load on the service.

Content Moderation

NEON Dance uses a layered moderation process for user inputs and generated outputs:

  • Automated input checks. Prompts, request parameters, and supported reference inputs may be checked for prohibited content, abusive usage patterns, and attempts to bypass safeguards before or during generation.
  • Generation and output safeguards. Requests and outputs are subject to the safety controls of NEON Dance and its AI model providers. A flagged prompt or output may be blocked or rejected and will not be returned as a successful generation. If a required safety or provider check fails or times out, generation may be unavailable until the check succeeds.
  • Human review. Reports, repeated safety failures, and other credible abuse signals may be reviewed by authorized personnel. Review may include limited account, request, transaction, and safety records necessary to investigate the issue. We do not promise that every private request or output is manually reviewed.
  • Ongoing controls. We may adjust filters, model access, rate limits, and other safeguards in response to abuse patterns, provider requirements, and changes in law.

Passing an automated check does not make content lawful or compliant with this policy. Users remain responsible for their inputs, outputs, and how outputs are used or published.

Reporting Prohibited Content

Anyone may report suspected violations by emailing support@lunalisa.art with the subject Content Safety Report. This is NEON Dance's monitored reporting channel.

Please include, when available:

  • The relevant account email, request or transaction identifier, and date.
  • A URL or a clear description of the content and the policy category involved.
  • Why you believe the content violates this policy.
  • Information showing that you own or represent affected rights, if reporting infringement or impersonation.

Do not email illegal content, CSAM, full payment-card information, passwords, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. For suspected child exploitation or an immediate threat to life, contact the appropriate local authority first and then notify us without attaching the prohibited material.

We review reports objectively, limit access to report information, and prioritize credible child-safety, violent-threat, and other urgent reports. Malicious or knowingly false reports may themselves violate this policy.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity, context, and prior violations, NEON Dance may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Reject or block a prompt, upload, API request, or generated output.
  • Remove or restrict access to content and disable affected features.
  • Warn the user, reduce limits, revoke access to a model, or require corrective action.
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account or API access.
  • Revoke unused promotional credits where permitted by the Terms of Service.
  • Preserve relevant records, notify affected service providers, or report suspected illegal activity to competent authorities when required or permitted by law.

CSAM, credible threats, serious exploitation, and attempts to evade safety controls may result in immediate termination and referral without a prior warning. Repeated or coordinated violations may receive a more severe response than an isolated low-severity violation.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, email support@lunalisa.art with the subject Policy Appeal and include the affected account, decision, and reasons for reconsideration. Where practicable, an appeal is reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker. An appeal does not delay actions needed to protect users, preserve evidence, or comply with law.

Records and Policy Changes

We may retain limited safety and transaction records when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, investigate incidents, resolve disputes, or comply with law, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update this policy as the service, provider requirements, or applicable law changes. The updated date above identifies the current version.
