AI Providers and Creative Content

When you use an AI generation tool, prompts, settings, and uploaded photo or video references may be sent to the provider connected to that feature. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We disclose active providers through the product or related service information when practical.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information in a prompt or reference file unless you are authorized to do so and the configured provider is appropriate for that data.

Data Retention

We retain account, billing, credit, security, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Demo prompts are processed for the request and are not stored by the local preview route. Production generation tasks and outputs may be retained according to product settings and the connected provider's policy.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with:

• AI, hosting, storage, email, analytics, authentication, and payment providers that help operate NEON Dance.
• Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or necessary to protect users, the public, or our rights.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and API keys, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You can update common account details in the workspace or contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

Cookies and Local Storage

NEON Dance uses cookies and similar storage for authentication, language preferences, security, and essential product behavior. Optional analytics run only when configured by the service operator.

Microsoft Clarity
